We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of direct channel Life Insurance experience, who has managed a team of 6 to 8 people. The candidate should have raw data calling experience and be under 35 years of age. Compensation will be subject to the current CTC.

Role Description

This full-time role for a Business Development Manager is an on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This includes formulating and implementing strategies to enhance sales growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves market research, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to Formulate and Implement Sales Strategies
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
