We're looking for an independent Paid Ads Expert who lives and breathes digital marketing technology, is ready to lead campaign strategy, and deliver measurable results. What You'll Do - Lead Campaign Strategy & Planning: Translate client objectives into clear, multi-channel paid media campaign proposals. - Execute & Optimize: Oversee campaign operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of all digital media types (social, search, display, programmatic, video). - Technical Implementation: Expertly manage the technical side, including ad-serving, implementing pixels/tags, and utilizing analytics tools to maximize campaign effectiveness. - Research & Innovation: Stay current on new platform capabilities, audience insights, and marketplace trends to continually improve media recommendations. - What You'll Bring - 2+ years of hands-on experience with major paid ads platforms (search, display, programmatic, social). - Technical Proficiency: Expert in pixel/tag implementation (including proficiency with JavaScript, iFrame, and HTML as it relates to ad serving) and various analytics tools. - Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of ad-serving capabilities, creative processes, pricing structures (CPC, CPM, CPA), and excellent data visualization skills. - Soft Skills: Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment, with strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills. -
