Ad Creative Designer

Location: Remote (Kerala-based candidates preferred) Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM IST (Full-Time)Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹22,000 per month to startEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesDesign ad creatives, banners, posts, and stories across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).Create both static and short-form motion creatives (1080×1080, 1080×1920, 1080×1350).Edit and resize videos (text overlays, trimming, transitions).Research competitor ads and develop new concepts that outperform them.Collaborate with the PPC and strategy teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals.Maintain organized delivery of creative files and adhere to naming conventions.Use AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) to speed up idea generation.Deliver creatives on time while maintaining quality and consistency.Skills RequiredProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (must have).Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.Experience creating ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.Understanding of typography, layout, and ad performance psychology.Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail.Fast, reliable, and open to feedback.Company DescriptionAt Initial Ads , we specialize in high-performance paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Bing.
