Role Description
This is a contract IoT Automation Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IoT automation operations, managing smart water and sewage systems, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. This role will involve on-site coordination with vendors and end customers to provide actionable insights for sustainable consumption behavior.
Qualifications
- 3-to-5-year experience in motor automation single phase/ 3 phase (Mandatory)
- Experience in IoT automation operations and smart infrastructure management
- Team leading experience in assigning the work, building and training the juniors
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical background in relevant fields like IoT, Engineering
- Previous experience in water management or sustainability projects is a plus
- Diploma/ Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Salary 6 to 8 lakhs per annual, deserving candidates will get ESOP
