Position: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and engage potential clients in target markets.
- Present and promote IT solutions and services to prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Consistently follow up with leads to convert opportunities into closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Conduct local field visits and client meetings for business development.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience including field sales(IT sales preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client engagement.
