Your work profile

Job Title: Blockchain Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Govt experience is required

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on private / permissioned blockchain platforms such as Private Ethereum, Quorum, Hyperledger Fabric
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components using open source technology stack such as NodeJS.
- Ability to integrate blockchain nodes with application layers and ensure seamless data flow and transaction integrity.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the blockchain application, including setup, smart contract development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to ensure solution health and availability.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, front-end developers, and security teams to deliver robust and enterprise-grade applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain and open-source ecosystems.

Must Have Experience

- 5+ years of experience in backend development using open-source technologies
- Experience in developing and deploying smart contracts/chaincode.
- Proficiency in working with Docker, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, identity management, and network governance.
- Experience with RESTful API design, middleware integration, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with database systems (NoSQL and SQL), especially for off-chain data storage.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for application and node health
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have Experience

- Knowledge of encryption, digital signatures, and zero-knowledge proofs.
- Experience with DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) services, and security practices.
- Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. government tech)
