Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000/month (based on expertise and fit), with monthly increments based on performance reviews.

Ultimate Flexibility: This is a 100% remote, contractual role. No micromanagement, no strict hours. We trust you to deliver. Manage your time and multitask as you see fit.

Continuous High-Impact Work: Success here opens the door to a pipeline of multiple, challenging projects (Marketplaces, DeFi, DEXs) on different chains one after the other. Your work will directly shape the Cardano ecosystem.

Who We're Looking For (The Non-Negotiables):

  1. We need a developer who lives and breathes Cardano. Your core expertise must include:
  2. Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record of developing and deploying smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain.
  3. DeFi/Building Experience: Direct experience building: Marketplaces, DEXs, token liquidity pools, OrderBooks & Cardano tokenomics models, or sophisticated markets on Cardano.
  4. Aiken & Haskell Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Aiken (our primary language) and a strong grasp of Haskell and functional programming principles.
  5. Architectural Mastery: A strong, practical understanding of the UTXO model, Plutus scripts, and the entire Cardano stack.
  6. Security-First Mindset: An unwavering commitment to writing gas-efficient, robust, and supremely secure code.
  7. Collaboration Skills: The ability to seamlessly integrate your on-chain logic with off-chain backend infrastructure built by our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, simulate, and deploy high-assurance smart contracts in Aiken.
  2. Architect and implement complex on-chain logic for DeFi protocols and marketplaces.
  3. Collaborate with backend developers to design the integration between Cardano's blockchain and our clients' platforms.
  4. Perform rigorous code reviews and uphold the highest standards of smart contract development.
