About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer / Web3 Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in blockchain platforms, token standards, and Web3 integrations, with the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible blockchains.

- Build and maintain Web3 applications integrating wallets, tokens, NFTs, and DeFi protocols.

- Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, overflows, and front-running.

- Work with blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end decentralized solutions.

- Optimize smart contract performance and reduce gas costs.

- Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, frameworks, and security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-7 years of proven experience in Blockchain / Web3 development.

- Strong proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, ethers.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or similar ecosystems.

- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155 standards.

- Hands-on experience with Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, OpenZeppelin libraries.

- Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, Chainlink, Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum).

- Understanding of cryptography, hashing algorithms, wallets, and key management.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Rust, Go, or Python for blockchain-related development.

- Prior contributions to open-source blockchain projects.

- Knowledge of cross-chain bridges, zk-SNARKs/zk-Rollups, or Cosmos/Polkadot ecosystems.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
