Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Burdwan, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, providing personalized consultation, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You will build and manage client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and assist clients in navigating financial protection and investment options in life insurance policies. Additionally, your role involves conducting market research and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals. Qualifications - Strong understanding and experience in Insurance and Finance concepts - Expertise in Consulting and Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship management - Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear and compelling consultations - Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Proven ability to work collaboratively in hybrid work environments - Knowledge of the life insurance industry and market trends is a plus
