Role Description - Identify and engage medical establishments for property and asset insurance. - Understand client risks, recommend coverage, and manage the full sales cycle. - Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams for customized solutions. - Educate clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures. - Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards. Qualifications - 12 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Property / Fire Insurance sales experience preferred). - Strong understanding of insurance products and client servicing. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong client relationship and networking abilities. - Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. - Ability to manage multiple institutional clients efficiently and professionally.
