Job Description Business Development / Travel Sales Consultant Thrillophilia (Gurgaon) Join one of India's fastest-growing travel brands and be a part of a passionate team redefining the future of travel. As a Business Development Executive/ Travel Sales Consultant at Thrillophilia, you'll play a key role in connecting travelers with memorable experiences and driving revenue growth through meaningful customer engagement. What You'll Do Drive sales through proactive outreach, client engagement, and relationship building. Understand customer requirements and recommend the best travel solutions and experiences. Utilize tools like Salesforce and MS Excel to manage leads, track performance, and report key sales metrics. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, ensuring transparency and data accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional traveler experience. Demonstrate ownership, integrity, and accountability in achieving results, while adapting quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Who You Are 13 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the travel or OTA industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric with a problem-solving mindset.
