Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development - Training Centre position located in Thiruporur. The Business Developer will play a pivotal role in driving candidate admissions and expanding the reach of CODEWORK PRO LEARNING CENTRE's AI and IT career programs. This role focuses on promoting our specialized training courses that lead to real job opportunities with CODEWORK and its partner organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to attract prospective candidates for various AI and IT courses. - Build partnerships with colleges, training agencies, and placement cells to strengthen the admission funnel. - Conduct presentations, webinars, and information sessions to promote the benefits of CODEWORK's career-oriented learning programs. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion and admission success rates. - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and improve enrollment strategies. - Maintain strong relationships with enrolled candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding and training experience. Objective: To increase candidate admissions and establish CODEWORK PRO LEARNING CENTRE as a premier destination for skill-based learning and guaranteed career advancement in AI and IT domains. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research - Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
