JOB DESCRIPTION: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our salon partner network. This hybrid role combines strategic account management with hands-on CRM execution, ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and salon partners. You'll be responsible for driving sales follow-ups, maintaining accurate data, and enhancing partner engagement through CRM tools and insights. Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to serve as the bridge between our internal sales team and salon partners. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate sales and performance data. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building strong relationships, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Account Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon partners Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention Sales Coordination Collaborate closely with the sales team to track performance, follow up on leads, and ensure timely execution of sales strategies Monitor and report on sales targets, achievements, and gaps Data Management & Reporting Collect, analyse, and maintain accurate sales data from salon partners Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders Identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Operational Support Assist in resolving partner issues related to orders, payments, or service delivery Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with salon partners Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
