These platforms help clients convert complex, fragmented data into actionable enterprise intelligence.We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic customer relationships, maximize account value, and position Scry AI as a long-term transformation partner.Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers. You will work closely with CXOs, business heads, and operational leaders to understand their priorities, drive adoption of Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio, and identify expansion opportunities. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and a consultative approach to selling AI-led solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership and Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts across BFSI, insurance, logistics, and industrial sectorsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels (business, IT, operations)Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews to align on goals, outcomes, and roadmapGrowth, Retention, and Commercial ManagementDevelop account plans with clear revenue, retention, and expansion objectivesIdentify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Scry AI’s product suiteOwn renewals and commercial discussions in collaboration with leadership and financeSolution Consulting and AdoptionDeeply understand client use cases, processes, and KPIs to position Scry AI solutions effectivelyCoordinate with product, solutioning, and delivery teams to design and execute successful implementations and pilotsDrive user adoption and value realization by ensuring the right training, enablement, and success metrics are in placeInternal Coordination and Escalation ManagementRepresent the voice of the customer internally and ensure timely resolution of issues or escalationsCollaborate with product teams to share feedback, feature requests, and insights from key accountsWork closely with marketing and sales to develop case studies, references, and advocacy from satisfied customersReporting and ForecastingMaintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRMTrack and report on key account health indicators, including usage, satisfaction, and risk signalsProvide regular updates to leadership on account performance, risks, and growth opportunitiesRequired Qualifications and Skills4+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or customer success, preferably in B2B tech or SaaSProven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts with complex deal cyclesStrong consultative selling skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders (CXO, business heads, IT leaders)Comfortable discussing data, workflows, and business outcomes in domains like BFSI, insurance, logistics, or operationsExperience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and basic reporting in Excel/Google SheetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsOur Ideal CandidateThinks like a strategic partner to customers, not just an account managerIs proactive about identifying value, expansion opportunities, and risk in their accountsCan translate AI capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for different stakeholdersBalances relationship-building with disciplined pipeline management and forecastingIs excited to help enterprises scale AI adoption using platforms like Auriga, Collatio, and ConcentioIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI partners with leading enterprises to deploy secure, scalable AI solutions.
