ROLE OVERVIEW
As the AGM Sales, you will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales, engaging with
families seeking independent senior living options, and ensuring high occupancy rates. This role
requires a relationship-driven approach, guiding prospective residents and their families through the
decision-making process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Develop and implement a sales strategy to ensure full occupancy of the facility.
Engage directly with upper mid to mid-income families looking for a secure and comfortable
living arrangement for their elderly parents.
Conduct personalized facility tours and consultations to showcase Zealvers offerings.
Address customer concerns related to pricing, amenities, safety, medical support, and
community engagement.
Drive bookings through word-of-mouth referrals, local marketing, and digital outreach.
Research consumer behavior and demand trends in independent senior living.
Monitor competitor offerings and position Zealver as a superior choice in terms of comfort,
safety, and lifestyle.
Suggest pricing strategies and flexible plans to enhance market penetration.
Serve as the main point of contact for families during the sales process.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new residents.
Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and future expansions.
Work closely with the operations team to align sales commitments with service delivery.
Provide insights on customer preferences and feedback to enhance offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ years in retail sales, real estate, hospitality, or senior living.
Experience in selling residential or lifestyle services.
Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to connect with families, address concerns, and provide reassurance.
Knowledge of senior living trends, safety concerns, and medical support requirements is a plus.
