- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to deadlines across all assignments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline client requirements into actionable briefs.
- Manage daily co-ordinations across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and strong client relationship management.
- End-to-end campaign coordination between client and team—from planning and creative development to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and daily tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentations etc.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver error-free content across all client touchpoints.
- Demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal skills in all client interactions.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.

Requirements

- Prior experience in client servicing & coordination.
- Education background in BMM preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
