  • End-to-end campaign coordination between client and team—from planning and creative development to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and daily tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentations etc.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver error-free content across all client touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal skills in all client interactions.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in client servicing & coordination.
  • Education background in BMM preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
