Role Overview:

We're looking for a Client Relations & Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients — from enquiry to booking. This role combines client servicing + sales, ensuring every lead is nurtured, every conversation counts, and every couple feels cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via website, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Pitch Epic Stories' services and explain our offerings confidently.
  • Follow up proactively and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain and update client/lead tracking sheets on Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
  • Some exposure to the wedding or luxury events industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written).
  • A persuasive, sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for lead management and reports.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working from office (Andheri West, 6 days a week).
