Skills You Can Bring - Proficiency in developing prototypes using rapid prototyping tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, 3D CAD modeling software, basic electronics, and programming microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi). - Strong communication skills to conduct engaging and interactive sessions. - Expertise in problem-solving, product design, rapid prototyping, and hands-on open-source tools. - Experience mentoring students or a passion for student development. - A love for tinkering and a portfolio of projects you've built. - Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate a team, resolve challenges, and inspire others to take on new problems. - A growth mindset, always eager to learn and adapt. Your Responsibilities - Deliver course content that helps students identify social challenges and create technical products or services as solutions. - Conduct workshops on the use of rapid prototyping tools and machinery. - Develop and provide educational materials, including notes, tests, and assignments. - Mentor students in their hands-on projects and guide them toward successful outcomes. - Identify students with entrepreneurial potential and encourage their development. - Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests. - Prepare exam questions for internal assessments. - Evaluate and document student progress. - Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports. - Assist students in building prototypes, applying skills in rapid prototyping tool.
