Limited MGS is 100 subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT KYC AML Credit Operations etc to MUFG Bank offices globally MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas EMEA and Asia Pacific Roles and Responsibilities Works closely with Business Units and Suppliers to ensure appropriate risk provisions are established to ensure performance is meeting the Banks objectives Expected to incorporate improved supplier service reporting and contractual risks Maintains and continues to develop Supplier Management guidelines processes and procedures Maintains the ongoing Supplier Governance process es which includes overall oversight of Suppliers relationship state Serves as an escalation point and single point of contact for Suppliers and Business Units Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with the Executive team Business Units and Suppliers Maintains a strong working knowledge of contract language to address specific business issues Provides authoritative guidance to internal Business teams on Bank goals and objectives related to suppliers their management and engagement Provides liaison coordination role between Suppliers TPRM and Business Units in areas related to governance and execution Researches evaluates and recommends process improvements on cadences and reporting Continually analyzes and evaluates each supplier for improvement opportunities and works with appropriate parties to implement them Develops and presents documentation related to governance activities and produces dashboard reporting and other reporting artifacts to proactively identifyemerging risks issues or challenges Resolves escalated issues that are preventing Vendors from meeting expectations Examples training gaps system challenges etc Understands and works under the bank s policies as it relates to vendor management compliance security etc Job Requirements Functional Skills Excellent project management organization and planning skills Excellent analytical skills to make informed decisions Must have strong written and oral communications skills to foster strong relationships across Business Units Regions and Suppliers Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders and cross functional groups to problem solve set priorities and deliver results Good decision making and negotiation skills including the ability to come up with innovative solutions that will satisfy both MUFG and Suppliers Ability to manage conflict effectively Must have strong Microsoft Office skills Excel PowerPoint are a must Work Experience Bachelors degree in business or related field 8-10 years in Vendor Management experience Direct experience in working with global teams and executing offshoring initiatives Experience with compliance topics related to Due Diligence and Risk Monitoring In depth knowledge managing offshoring initiatives which include contract management and negotiations work with capacity plans develop tracking and producing communication presentations
