Senior Principal Solution Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect who is a subject matter expert in Mac and Windows Physical and Virtual OS Builds Copilot and Artificial Intelligence Apple and Android Mobility Solutions Endpoint Security Vulnerability management client management solutions and tools development tools and programs Customer Experience improvement simplification UX design etc Automation and end-to-end lifecycle management of services The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate their skills and experience into strategic goals and plans that drive the success of our organization Key Responsibilities Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions for Mac and Windows physical and virtual OS builds Utilize Copilot and Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance and optimize system performance Develop and deploy Apple and Android mobility solutions to meet business needs Manage endpoint security and vulnerability management to ensure the safety and privacy of our systems Oversee client management solutions and tools ensuring they meet the needs of the organization Utilize development tools and programs to support the creation of new solutions and the improvement of existing systems Enhance customer experience through simplification and UX design Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of services from conception to deployment Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals Translate technical skills and experience into actionable strategic goals and plans Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience including 8 years in infrastructure operations At least 6 years of experience managing technical teams Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across different teams Proven ability to work effectively in large complex technical environments Skills and Experience Expertise in Mac and Windows Physical and Virtual OS Builds Proficiency with Copilot and Artificial Intelligence technologies In-depth knowledge of Apple and Android Mobility Solutions Strong background in Endpoint Security Vulnerability management Experience with client management solutions and tools Familiarity with development tools and programs Ability to improve Customer Experience through simplification and UX design Competence in Automation and end-to-end lifecycle management of services Exceptional problem-solving and analytical
