Job title : Principal AI Architect Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai Experience: 12 to 15 Years Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) , Agentic AI frameworks , and Python-based development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AI strategy, defining technical architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Architecture Define and own the AI architecture vision, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends. Architect scalable AI/ML platforms leveraging Gen AI models, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks . Drive innovation in autonomous AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, and knowledge-driven systems . Solution Design & Development Lead design of end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs (GPT, LLa MA, Mistral, etc.) into enterprise systems. Build and optimize agentic workflows for automation, reasoning, and decision-making. Ensure secure, ethical, and responsible AI practices across all solutions. Technical Leadership Guide teams on Python-based AI/ML frameworks (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging Face). Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align AI adoption strategy. Innovation & Research Stay ahead of industry trends in Gen AI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and multi-modal AI . Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and vendors for enterprise adoption. Drive Po Cs and innovation initiatives to assess business value of AI-driven solutions. Required Skills: Experience (12–15 years) in AI/ML, software engineering, and solution architecture , with at least 4–5 years in leadership/architectural roles . Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Llama Index). Proven experience with Gen AI models (Open AI, Anthropic, LLa MA, Mistral, etc.) – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model integration. Hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration . Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs. Experience in cloud-based AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI). Solid grasp of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and monitoring . Strong knowledge of data engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems . Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Desired Skills: Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video, speech). Exposure to enterprise-grade AI security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks . Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications . Master’s or Ph. D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field .
