Role : Sales Engineer ( Medical Sales Representative) Experience : 2 - 7 Years Locations : Chennai, Bangalore, Nagercoil, Erode, Dharmapuri, Kalaburagi, Mangalore, Udupi, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Guntur, Vijayawada, Krishnagiri, Hosur, Coimbatore, Hassan, Raichur, Tumkur, Ballari Job Type : Full Time Shift : Day shift Roles and Responsibilities: - Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region - Traveling to visit potential clients - Manage Team members - Channel Sales Management - Distribution Handling - Preferred corporate hospital sales experience in ICU, OT, Etc,.. or any medical devices and pharma also preferred - Guide Team - Demo support - Application support - Report collection from Team - Responsible for achieving team targets. - Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers - Managing and interpreting customer requirements - Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs - Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions - Administering client accounts - Analyzing costs and sales - Preparing reports for head office - Meeting regular sales targets - Co-coordinating sales projects Skills: - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Strong communication and networking skills - Good planning and organizational skills - Self-motivation, drive and initiative - An outgoing and confident approach - Commercial and business awareness - The ability to understand and present clinical data - The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems
