Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Shortlist candidates through placement agencies, online portals & References.

Conduct initial interviews.

Maintain employee records, including leave management.

Explain HR policies and procedures to new and existing employees.

Allocate roles and responsibilities to new employees based on mutual discussions with management & induction of new employees.

Take care of payroll management.

Manage major cash-handling responsibilities.

Organize celebrations within the office premises in coordination with the Admin Manager.

Manage CUG (Closed User Group) and internet services, including bills.

Maintain records in separate Excel sheets.

Required Skills:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills required.

Experience: Minimum 4 Years
