Manager/Senior Manager-Human Resources

to join our growing team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our human resources practices, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve strategic planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive salaries and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.Implement and maintain employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.Drive engagement activities across departments and encourage participation of employees.Develop and maintain an effective performance management system to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve their work.Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including employment laws, labour regulations, and safety standards.Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related issues.Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesProven experience as an HR Manager in the Academic/Education Industry would be an added advantage.Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices, labour laws, and regulations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
