About the Role We are looking for energetic, smart, and creative Sales & Marketing Interns who are passionate about industrial automation and eager to build a career in Robotics and Automation Sales. This is a learning-driven role where you'll get hands-on experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, customer engagement, and automation solution selling. After 6 months of internship, candidates showing exceptional performance and learning attitude will be offered a full-time position. Key Responsibilities - Assist the sales team in generating leads and opportunities across industries. - Support in market research, competitor analysis, and customer database creation. - Work on preparing techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and case studies. - Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. - Coordinate with application, design, and projects teams to develop customer solutions. - Manage and update CRM data, track leads, quotes, and sales funnel. - Help in digital marketing, social media content, and branding activities. - Assist in customer interactions, follow-ups, and documentation. Who Can Apply - Engineering / Management students or recent graduates (B.Tech / B.E / MBA preferred). - Passion for Robotics, Automation, and Industrial Sales. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Eagerness to learn sales processes, CRM, and automation technologies. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and LinkedIn outreach is a plus. - Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel when required.
