To lead the Quality Assurance (QA) function within the Assignment Support team by overseeing the placement validation and audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the contractor lifecycle. The QA Team Lead will drive continuous process improvements, supervise QA Analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold standards for data integrity, operational quality, and client requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise and guide the QA team by allocating workload, reviewing performance, and offering coaching and mentoring.

Placement Validation & Approvals: Oversee the validation and final approval of placement and change requests in Bullhorn to ensure 100% accuracy in alignment with payroll and invoicing timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and client-specific invoicing/payroll requirements.

Feedback & Correction Management: Review rejected placements, provide constructive feedback to sales and support teams, and track recurring errors or process deviations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with the Payroll, Sales, and Assignment Support teams to resolve escalations and ensure placements are processed timely to avoid disruptions.

Reporting & Analytics: Maintain QA metrics and dashboards including Placement Rejection Tracker, Daily Approval Status, and SLA breach cases. Share regular QA reports and trend analysis with management.

SOP Maintenance & Training: Ensure QA SOPs and client invoicing references are current. Conduct training sessions to improve team knowledge on evolving QA requirements and client expectations.

Issue Escalation & Risk Mitigation: Identify high-risk or recurring QA issues and escalate them promptly to the Assignment Support Manager along with root cause analysis and corrective suggestions.
