Role Overview As our HR Manager, you'll be responsible for attracting top talent, encouraging a high-performance culture, and developing people-centric strategies that align with our business goals. You'll work closely with our team to shape an empowering and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Drive recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations Develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfil staffing needs Build employer branding initiatives to position Studio AsA as a preferred place to work People & Culture Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values Performance & Growth Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams Compliance & HR Operations Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.) Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism Who You Are A people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment 5+ years of HR experience Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company: Studio AsA Experience: 5+ years in HR (preferably in creative or design-driven environments) Type: Full-time
