Role Sales Manager Company Onroadz Car Rentals Private Limited Location HSR Layout 27th Main Road Bangalore Salary 35 000 per month Approximately 5 LPA Overview OnroadZ Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations in Bangalore You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team driving daily revenue targets and ensuring excellent customer engagement for our self-drive car rental services This is an exciting opportunity to be part of South India s fastest-expanding car rental brand Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and manage a small sales team to achieve and exceed daily weekly targets Train and coach sales executives on effective pitch techniques follow-up strategies and conversion best practices Monitor team performance provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Sales Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer communication and relationship building across all touchpoints Support the sales team in closing deals and upselling rental packages Report on daily and weekly performance metrics and implement corrective actions Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Performance Reporting Track and analyze sales metrics KPIs and team productivity Prepare regular performance reports for senior management Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Requirements Experience 3-6 years of experience in Sales Business Development or Customer Acquisition Prior experience managing a small sales team is preferred Experience in mobility travel hospitality or service-based industries is a plus Language Proficiency Fluent in English mandatory Kannada mandatory Hindi Tamil or Telugu is an added advantage Why Join Us Be part of South India s fastest-expanding self-drive car rental brand Stable monthly compensation with performance-based incentives Clear career growth opportunities with regional expansion plans Work in a dynamic and customer-focused organization
