Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate regular Program Increment (PI) Planning, including preparation for PI planning, drafting of the PI plans, coordination with other teams, creation of PI objectives, and review of the final plan. (5%)
- Facilitate backlog refinement with Product Owner and other team members. (15%)
- Ensure Technical and Functional Grooming's are held and effective following the Scrum framework. (15%)
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums Meetings to enable the team to plan and coordinate the week's work and inspect progress toward the sprint plan. (15%)
- Ensure teams review and demo their progress and gather feedback to improve the solution under development. Facilitate team retrospectives and creation of an improvement backlog. (15%)

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in the practice and application of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe.
- 3-5 years experience in IT project management.
- Good experience with Agile technologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, NetZero Cloud, and AppExchange Solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours (minimum 3 hours of overlap with US ET Time zone).
