Job Description: Scrum Master

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary:

We are hiring a certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce programs. The role requires leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams implementing solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Clouds, or Industry Clouds. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and integration teams to ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce capabilities aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Salesforce project teams: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Drive consistent and predictable sprint delivery across Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, and deployments
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owners to refine user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog
  • Manage dependencies across onshore-offshore teams and other technical workstreams
  • Remove delivery blockers related to Salesforce platform constraints, environment availability, or external integrations
  • Track team velocity, quality metrics, and sprint outcomes using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Coordinate with Release Management for scheduled deployments and production cutovers
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement specific to Salesforce delivery
  • Act as a communication bridge between functional consultants, developers, testers, and client stakeholders

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of IT services experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development
  • Hands-on experience with onshore-offshore delivery models across North America, Europe, or APAC
  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce project delivery in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC, metadata deployments, and configuration vs. customization lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile project tracking tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent certification
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (Preferred)
  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations or large enterprise rollouts
  • Understanding of integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
