An MNC involved in the manufacturing and marketing of PPE made from High Performance Material used in sectors like Petrochemicals Oil Gas Mines Defense Law Enforcement Fire Safety This position will be responsible for Product management and sales in Indian and Middleeastern markets This position reports to the Business Development Manager The Product Manager will focus and concentrate to Grow Personal Protection segment within India and Middle East Countries by gaining downstream end user approval and specification for Flame Retardant Protective Clothing Fire and Heat Resistant Threads High Performance Technical Yarns at target end users which includes Oil Gas Mining Iron Steel and Aluminium Defence Law Enforcement Industry Should be able to manage the Product Portfolio and do grass root promotions to get end user approvals and ensures tenders comes with our product and technical specifications Will concentrate on public sector procurement framework Will be required to sell high value technical product by engaging Health Safety Purchase and other senior management within prospect organizations Add more clientele where the products could be sold and generate more revenue Identify prospective clients with in India and Middle-eastern countries and initiate actions which would generate market for the Product Product Line Identify and build focused channels through garment companies to service each target industry Manage strategic plan for the segment by articulating future trends in the target industry segment 2-5 years forward allowing the Company to develop and build key capabilities for maximising future volume and margin benefits Improve competitive intelligence and product portfolio Ideal Candidate - This position is open to Female Candidates only B Tech - Textile Technology Material Science with 5-6 years experience in Product management of Performance Materials - Flame Retardant Protective Clothing Fire and Heat Resistant Threads High Performance Technical Yarns etc Should be experienced in sales and marketing at grass root level in target industrial and operational domains for the Product Line Should have prior experience in marketing of PPE Performance materials in sectors like - Petrochemicals Oil Gas Mines Iron Steel Aluminium Defence and Law Enforcement sectors Should have experience in Middle eastern markets Should be experienced in public sector and defence sector procurement framework Should be able to articulate future trends of the target industry segment Should be able to identify new PPE products and build new productive channels in collaboration with Garment Companies to service target industry domains Should be ready to take up individual contributor role This position will be based out of Bangalore office with the option of remote working Max Budget - 26 LPA - which includes around 10 variable
