Sales Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research potential clients in the construction industry through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand their needs, assess their requirements, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations in response to client inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed to progress the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and generate referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to track progress towards targets and inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company visibility and generate leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the construction industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
