Project Sales Executive

Dear Jobseeker,
We are hiring Project Sales Executive for a company leading manufacturer of **Aluminium Windows**, **Alu**-Wood Doors & **Windows.**
Position - Project Sales Executive
Location - Ghaziabad
ExperienceSimilar role of high value ( at least Rs.50 lacs ) project selling ( within NCR ) to the real estate sector.
- Preferably for 5 yrs, not less than 2 yrs - only relevant / applicable work-ex.
Salary - 30k to 50k + Incentives
Job Descriptions:
- Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory
- Understanding Customer / Project specific requirements
- Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behaviour and market reputation
- Correctly Positioning company Offerings and Strengths
- Making and Presenting Proposals
- Final discussions with the stake holders
- Collect payments ( advance and bills receivables )
- Win a written testimonial from the client / influencers - as evidence of good job done by team
- Manage client relationship - for future repeat business / references.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
