**Requirements**:
To prepare customer database, search upcoming projects via government projects/ tenders, schemes, upcoming industrial projects, visiting consultants, architects, cement plants, or any other industrial/ commercial project to generate relevant business lead, and follow up with the management and office team to submit quote/ offer and negotiate to order closure and providing after sales service to the client.

**Key accountabilities**

2. Initially the data shall be provided, which needs to further corrected and improvised as per requirement and suitably updated from time to time including addition of new clients and removal of obsolete information.

3. Finding upcoming industrial / commercial projects through architects / consultants PAN India, either by visiting them, meeting them, or giving them suitable presentation to generate relevant business leads.

4. New vendor registration, empanelment with new organizations and PSU’s/ large industrial setups/ Large corporates in order to increase the overall order pipeline capacity of the company.

5. Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.

6. **Engagement with the multiple customers** **frequently**and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.

7. The Job shall be performance oriented, where you must prove yourself as a performer.

8. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing business development/sales options.

9. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

10. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; improving profits and service improvements.

11. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

12. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Marketing specification and skills**

1. Educated to post graduate degree level with a qualification and/or significant experience relevant to the role, a robust understanding of marketing.

2. **Presentation Skills** including good skills related to Power point.

3. Client Relationships

4. **Good command in using excel**

5. Negotiation

6. **Basic Command over English language.**

7. Hunger for growth

8. Responsive and supportive with strong time management skills and the ability to respond to multiple requests.

9. Highly self-motivated, positive, ‘can do’ attitude.

High ethical and professional standards; a strong commitment to the high standards and ethos of the department.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
