**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display Design and Execution**:

- Develop and implement engaging and brand-consistent visual displays to attract and engage customers.
- Execute seasonal changes, special promotions, and other merchandising campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
- Maintain window displays, mannequins, and interior product placements, keeping them fresh and aligned with current trends.
- **Product Arrangement and Aesthetic Presentation**:

- Organize and style products to highlight key items, increase product visibility, and optimize flow through the store.
- Use props, lighting, and color themes to enhance product presentation and create a cohesive brand story.
- Update store layout to maximize space and create an inviting environment.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with store managers, marketing teams, and buying teams to ensure displays align with sales goals and inventory.
- Communicate merchandising standards and vision to store staff to maintain consistency in presentation.
- Attend regular meetings with the retail and marketing teams to review upcoming product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- **Market Trend Analysis and Research**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends, techniques, and competitor displays.
- Conduct research on market trends to continuously improve display ideas and maintain a fresh perspective on brand identity.
- **Performance Tracking and Adjustments**:

- Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales and customer engagement.
- Make data-driven adjustments to displays to improve store performance, foot traffic, and customer experience.
- Create reports on visual merchandising performance, sharing insights with the retail and marketing teams.
- **Maintenance of Visual Standards**:

- Ensure all displays are well-maintained, clean, and in good condition at all times.
- Perform regular checks to ensure displays adhere to brand standards, adjust as needed to keep things fresh and engaging.

Pay: ₹11,772.81 - ₹34,439.60 per month
