Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at GA Apparel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for fashion, and the ability to create visually appealing displays that captivate customers and drive sales. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing in-store displays, window installations, and visual presentations across our retail stores and e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless brand experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic across all retail formats, including MBOs, EBOs, Franchises, and pop-ups.
  • In-Store Displays: Design, execute, and maintain compelling visual displays that align with the brand’s aesthetics, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Window Displays: Conceptualize and create eye-catching window installations that showcase new arrivals, promotions, and key product categories.
  • Store Layouts: Collaborate with the Store Planning team to optimize store layouts, ensuring a seamless customer flow and maximizing sales potential.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints, ensuring that visual elements reflect the company’s identity and values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Buying, Marketing, and Sales teams to align visual merchandising with promotional activities, seasonal collections, and marketing campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion and retail trends, incorporating innovative visual merchandising techniques to enhance the customer experience.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of visual merchandising initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize impact and ROI.
  • E-commerce Visuals: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product images, banners, and online visual content align with in-store displays and campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for design, color, and layout.
  • Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, or SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.
