**Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll be responsible as**
**Technology Project Coordinator or Administrator**:

- Delivering an exceptional experience for internal and external clients.
- Building and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Drive work collaboratively with our consulting and technical teams to ensure our client’s technology projects are delivered within project scope, on time, and on budget.
- Monitor project details and manage stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
- Communicate effectively and with appropriate urgency with stakeholders regarding the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations.
- Ensuring accurate client billings, time and billing reconciliations, and on-time payments are received for work performed on these projects and managed services.
- Facilitating internal collaboration & teamwork.
- Facilitating project resourcing to meet commitments and objectives.
- Achieve utilization targets and collaborate with team members to realize results.
- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Qualifications:
**Who You Are**:

- Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Is extremely proactive and drives results
- Operates with a sense of urgency and escalates appropriately
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams is beneficial.
- You are driven, persistent and capable to push projects through completion in a timely fashion.
- You can manage a large volume of small projects within the defined budget.
- You keep all relevant project records up to date.
- You have a strong ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities or priorities at once.
- You have strong organizational skills; you are assertive and diplomatic; self-directing.
- You are an excellent communicator and can interpret and produce concise written and verbal communication.
- You are a problem solver with solid analytical skills.
- You can effectively raise awareness and communicate urgent issues to clients, leadership, and all employee levels on a timely basis.
- You are effective with your time management and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
- You learn quickly and can adapt to changing priorities.
- You can operate independently, using good professional judgement within ambiguous conditions.
