Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead our operations team and drive project success from initiation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the project lifecycle, taking ownership and responsibility for delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Engage with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring they are informed of project activities, progress, and timelines.
  • Cordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement formal reporting arrangements, including Weekly Progress Reports.
  • Build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients, directing the installation team to execute work according to design plans.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to maintain a high standard of execution and customer experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture from a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 college, or equivalent qualification with an MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate/residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and convey them efficiently.
  • Demonstrated understanding and aptitude for basic project management principles.
  • Attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership.
