**Role Overview**
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team. Set performance goals, provide training, and ensure the team meets sales targets.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
- **Sales Performance**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget for the region, including resource allocation and expenditure control.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
