**_ In this role, you will be responsible for managing service level targets, transaction processing for French Underwriting Support team for P&C Insurance Business. Meeting for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the targets are met. Guiding team and arranging training and development process. Responsible to _**
**_comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution and service delivery. You will be encouraged to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to seek these using analytics and technology. _**
**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**
- **_Managing service level targets, transaction processing for French Underwriting Support (New Business, Renewal, MTA, and invoice issuance etc.)_**
**_ _**
- **_Monitor, analyses, and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers_**
**_ _**
- **_Leading client calls in French language and discuss queries and improvement areas for deliveries._**
**_ _**
- **_Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to balance and mitigate the risks._**
**_ _**
- **_Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area_**
**_ _**
- **_Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment._**
**_ _**
- **_Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis _**
**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_ Minimum qualifications_**
**_ _**
- **_Graduate in any stream except Technical_**
**_ _**
- **_French Certification and Property and Casualty Insurance Knowledge/ Higher Certification in Underwriting (P&C) preferred._**
**_ _**
**_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**

- **
- **_Proficient written and verbal French & English language_**
**_ _**
- **_Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally_**
**_ _**
- **_High customer service orientation._**
**_ _**
- **_Excellent interpersonal skills with full understanding of UK insurance U/W and underwriting cycle dynamics _**
- **_Strong statistical knowledge_**

- **_Highly motivated and achievement oriented_**
