Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee – Underwriting (French)


In this role, you will be responsible for managing service level targets, transaction processing for French Underwriting Support team for P&C Insurance Business. Meeting for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the targets are met. Guiding team and arranging training and development process. Responsible for comprehending, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution and service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Managing service level targets, transaction processing for French Underwriting Support (New Business, Renewal, MTA, and invoice issuance etc.)
  • Monitor, analyses, and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers
  • Leading client calls in French language and discuss queries and improvement areas for deliveries.
  • Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to balance and mitigate the risks.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream except Technical
  • French Certification and Property and Casualty Insurance Knowledge/ Higher Certification in Underwriting (P&C) preferred.


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • · Proficient written and verbal French & English language
  • · Excellent interpersonal skills with full understanding of UK insurance U/W and underwriting cycle dynamics
