Role profile

Role title: Lead - Enterprise Cluster Marketing - West & Central

Band: M2

Location: Mumbai

**Role Description**:

- Define the overall cluster enterprise marketing strategy and annual operating aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute revenue oriented demand generation campaigns, leveraging digital & physical, for Enterprise growth areas across segments (Large, SME/SoHo) and product portfolios
- Drive centrally aligned Marcomm objectives of brand, customer advocacy and events
- Design and execute Cluster GTM for new products with objectives of revenue and demand generation
- Manage cluster level Enterprise Marketing budget and build monthly/quarterly Marketing engagement calendar for channels & customers

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Plan and execute Enterprise marketing activities to achieve Cluster Enterprise DB on a monthly basis
- Drive GTM for products/LoBS to deliver revenue & acquisition growth in enterprise
- Manage key external and internal relationships for seamless execution (Corp Enterprise Marketing & Commercial teams, agency relationships, consumer cluster brand & marketing teams )
- Enterprise A&P Budget planning & tracking for the cluster

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience **[max 5]**:

- At least 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in overall 10+ years of experience
- Strong planning & program management skills, managerial and coordination capabilities, agility
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to lead in a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Technology sales knowledge and functional expertise

**Key performance indicators **[max 3]**:

- Achievement of Cluster Enterprise goals
- Effectiveness of Marketing initiatives (Target vs achieved)
- Marketing innovation in driving customer engagement and demand generation

**Must Have**
- B2B/Technology marketing experience for technology products and/or services
- Preferred certification (UG) in technology
- Should have performed techno-commercial role
