**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

Profile Introduction:
As a Front Office Executive/Administrator, you will be the face of our company, responsible for managing the front desk activities and ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. Your role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception and Guest Services**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with clients, employees, and external stakeholders.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage petty cash.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless office operations.
- Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
