**Salesperson - Chatbot Solutions**:
**Qualifications**:

- MBA or equivalent degree
- 0-1 years of experience

**Key Responsibilities**: As an Entry Level Salesperson specializing in our Chatbot product, you will be responsible for selling Chatbot solutions to clients. Your role will play a pivotal part in achieving our monthly revenue and gross profit targets.

**1. Business Generation**:

- Drive business growth by nurturing both existing and new accounts.
- Work proactively to meet assigned monthly revenue and gross profit goals.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfil client requirements effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between departments to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.

**3. Financial Management**:

- Facilitate timely collection of payments from clients.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

**4. Product Knowledge and Customer Needs**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the diverse and specific business needs of clients.

**5. Engagement with Decision Makers**:

- Engage with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Drive alignment and consensus on sales solutions to secure successful deals.

**6. Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure its robustness and alignment with targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports of both the pipeline and prospects within it.

**Qualities and Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, a great communicator, and a coherent presenter.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to take initiative.
- A quick learner who can grasp complex concepts and effectively convey them to clients.
