Payroll Compliance Expert

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provident Fund (PF) Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of employee Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
- Ensure timely and accurate deposit of employee and employer PF contributions into the EPF account.
- File PF returns and annual compliance reports as per government regulations.
- Generate PF account slips and provide support to employees regarding their PF balance and withdrawal process.
- Coordinate with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) for any claims, transfers, or grievances.
- Ensure accurate deduction of the mandatory employer’s contribution and the employee’s share.
- Keep track of interest accrual and monthly contribution statements for each employee.
- **Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Administration**:
- Administer the ESI scheme by ensuring timely and accurate deduction of employee and employer contributions.
- Ensure timely remittance of ESI contributions to the ESI Corporation.
- File and maintain ESI returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for any claims, benefits, or employee queries.
- Ensure ESI registration for new employees and update records for changes in employee details.
- Track and manage eligibility for benefits such as sickness, maternity, and disability benefits.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Monitor changes in PF and ESI regulations and ensure organizational compliance with the latest statutory guidelines.
- Assist in statutory audits related to PF and ESI compliance and provide necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain updated records for all employees in relation to PF and ESI details.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual PF and ESI contribution reports for internal stakeholders and government authorities.
- **Employee Support & Query Resolution**:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding PF and ESI matters, including contributions, withdrawals, and claims.
- Provide guidance to employees on the process for claiming PF or ESI benefits.
- Assist employees in resolving issues related to ESI medical benefits or PF transfers.
- **System Management**:
- Ensure the correct data entry and maintenance of PF and ESI details in the HR/Payroll software.
- Assist in integrating PF and ESI systems with the overall payroll process to ensure seamless data flow.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
