**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and process Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) contributions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related data.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and filings related to PF, ESI, and other compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and concerns from employees.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and other payroll compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with MIS reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
