**Job Description**:
As an Agency Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our agency network. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic team in the insurance industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales goals and targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to agents to enhance their performance and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network and reach new customers
- Foster positive relationships with agents and provide regular feedback to support their professional growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
- Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
