Instructional Designer

This role incorporates multiple aspects - stakeholder management, setting and monitoring Instructional Design standards as well as owning the end-to-end curriculum lifecycle from analysis to evaluation.
- Hyderabad- 3 years Experience**Key Responsibilities**
- 0-4 years of experience in an instructional design role.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in education.
- Experience in developing ILT/eLearning materials (a work sample should be requested as part of the hiring process).
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and SMEs.
- Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Responsible for providing daily support and ensuring ongoing stability of an LMS.
- Enable LMS access on-demand and provide extensions to existing users.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to LMS.
- Extract reports for customers on-demand.
- Use Adobe Captivate for content development and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Gather, develop, and write content based on interviews with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Create learner-centric storyboards.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Assist with various graphics, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations, as needed.
- Maintain project back-up and course folders.
