Instructional Designer

Identify training and reference material needs based on cross-functional stakeholder input
- Write learning objectives based on business needs and audience characteristics
- Design, develop, and publish training programs that shorten ramp time and improve partner support quality.
- Create training content that communicates standard operating procedures, including instructional videos, eLearning courses, job aids, Help Center articles, etc.
- Build self-check quizzes and related formative and summative exams directly mapped to learning objectives.
**Minimum Qualification**:
- BA/BS degree in Communications or Instructional Design, or 3 years equivalent practical experience designing, developing, and maintaining online training and e-Learning programs, preferably in a corporate or customer service setting
- 1-3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining online training and e-Learning programs, preferably in a corporate or customer service setting
- Experience working with a content management system.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
